Sound system for my car?

So I have a 2007 Honda Civic EX with the navigation system. All stock speakers with a 10 inch fosgate sub in the trunk ran from an alpine amp. What do you think I should do now regarding the speakers in the car. Like amps and everything. I'm trying to keep the cost as low as possible but at the same time i want good sound. Please help.
