I love John Lennon..how can i be more like him...?

Im not talking about looks or anything i just think he was amazing...his music and his personality he was such a passivise and he cared for a lot of things and i know some people will classify him as a "Hippie" but i don't really agree with that. I hate fighting, racism and all forms of aggression but at the same time i know that it won't ever go away. I feel that John Lennon did his part to improve the world we live in and i want to do the same thing...but what are some ways i can do this...John did it through song and inspired a nation of people but at the same time he helped in his own little ways by not eating meat..supporting animal rights...helping the homeless....i feel that i should do the same thing in some ways. What are some ways you do your part to help the world we live in and what are some things i might be able to do as well.
