POLL:why is that music was awesome for decades but ever since 2000- to now it about completely sucks? 10 point?

I admit ive been listening to The Doors, Janis Joplin , Jimi Hendrix, The beatles, John Lennon, Mother love bone, Nirvana Blind Melon and alice in chains a lot. but today's music is just terrible. its all about oh I got drunk last night~. I f.u.c.ked her,! I f.u.c.ked him. i think this guy is cute.! i mean no poetry in the lyrics no creativity its all about looks and not talent. The music industry are some greedy bastards if you ask me.music is supposed to come from the heart and soul. just about all of the great musicians have either died from plane/ car crashes, Murder, drug overdose, suicide or accidental deaths like drowning.. I mean it freaks me out it's like it was supposed to happen. rock N roll is about officially dead, I mean there are some good bands out there like the foo fighters but if i mention them to anybody they will be like who? because they are to busy listen to ******* Kesha or lady gaga or lil wayne or something like that, im 14 and im so mad I don't to get to grow up with good current music like my parents did.Thank good they still sell older music or it would be the end of the world for me! I mean i know the past had some bad songs but it was only a few per decade today its seems that every mainstream songs there are are horrible, I was watching this kurt cobain interview the other day and one of the things he said creeped me out because it was so oo true he said " It Seems that when rock n roll is dead the whole world will explode" I hope it does because it seem people who listen to people like Lady gaga and kesha have snobby stuck up Im the **** attitudes. I noticed from a very small amount of people who listen to rock and roll have very nice genuine attitudes toward other people and life! why do you think good music has died? and do you think it will get better soon?
