Is it technologically possible to translate video and audio on the fly?

No, its not possible. The "humans" are not yet at the evolution stage to translate video on teh fly. People speak with different intonations and tone. I dont think the computer will analyze every voicce on the planet. Plus, its translation will probably suck so.. best off u use me to translate that. I know russian, ukranian, english, spanish. But, i don't know belarussian, so, i am useless :(
