When Muslims Pray to God is it bad if we ask for worldly things?

The most important thing when you pray is to do so with your heart. None of us is qualified to tell you if what you are doing is right or wrong, if you are sincere and do it with your heart I don't see anything wrong with that. It's not like you are praying for something bad to happen to a person you dislike... Keep up with your prayers, Allah knows best.
