Dua to bring love back?

My love and I have been engaged for some time. From the past few months there have been problems going on mainly due to my silly mistakes. This will lead us to not being together. Is there any Dua or anything I can pray to get my love back? I love him a lot and I need him always. I want us to be together forever and live happily. Please help. Thank you.
