I dont know what to do with my relationship?

i have been with this guy for almost 2months now. he is such a awesome guy i love being around him. but when we are on the phone we don't know what to talk about at all. ill ask him what do u wont to talk about and he says nothing... what im i sub post to say to that lately i say ok then will i gtg bye ttul.. and he wont even call me or text me i have to be the First one to do it. i even told him can u call me so then i wait the next day cuz he says that he will will he did not i waited 2days so i called him instead.. don't u think he would call to talk don't u think he thinks about me or is he to busy playing his xbox.. one day i told him that i was developing more feelings for him. then he freaks out on me cuz he is scared of the words i love you.. i told him that i was not there and that i would not say it this early.. so then we did not talk for 5 days will then i text ed him saying will u talk to me he replays back srry cant talk right now im playing a game and 2hrs later texts be back im sorry for everything i did not mean to freak on u like that.. what should i do should i stay with him or let him go??
