Will direct sunlight hurt my subwoofers?

Just a simple question. I have a 1993 camaro open hatch and the way my trunk is shaped. Both my subs have to face the hatch so they are right in the sun. I live in virginia we get the occasional hot day. but mainly in the 90's through 100. Will direct sunlight have an impact on my speakers?
