Will allah forgive and answer my dua?

I'm a islamic guy.but i dont read quran.but i know arabic a liitle bit..I do not act according to quran in many times and it is beyond my control.....now im sincerely apologise to allah for all my sins and try to follow the words of quran....I also asking allah a dua which decides my future ...when to ask dua to allah????will allah forgive and answer my dua???
