What would you think about this lie? Shall we lie in the business(work)?

Its a lie and isn't right. I know its tempting to lie but you should try and hold yourself to higher standards. In some jobs also the employer sends letter or emails to your former employers to check work ethic, pay, and why you quit or were fired so you might end up punished for this by being let go or a cut in pay.
