One sitting in any university is best or not ,she is taking BSCmaths ?

my elder sis discontinued her graduation coz she is get married in middle of the academic year and so many subjects left and not able to write too many subjects and should get high scoring in each sub. in this precious time want to join in one sitting graduation in maths.which is best one sitting or regular.please help me
