Islam: I want to make dua for early marriage?

I am a muslim male, 17 years old, not very religious, well i fast in ramadan, pray jumah sometimes, and am very open-minded about religion. I really want to get married by age 21-22 right after college, and hava a beautiful muslim wife that i can be happy with forever and share an amazing relationship with, but the problem is, do i deserve this blessing from Allah despite of my little efforts to be the best muslim i can be? Thanks
