Islam : duas i can say in english to ask forgiveness from Allah (S.W.T)?

I NEED Lots of types of duas that i can ask forgiveness in english and also would like to ask if i say it more than once like lets say i say the same dua over 80 times a day for forgiveness is that more rewarding or will once just be the same as asking 100 times ?
